Home Pet Care Visits in Chepstow
We visit your pets in your home at pre arranged times once or twice a day between 8am and 8pm. We primarily cater for dogs who need to be let out and played with whilst owners are out at work or away on holiday, but we can also look after cats and other small household pets like rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish or chickens. We don't have experience of care of exotic animals.
While we are in your home, we will pick up post, clean up any pet mishaps, clean and replenish pet water and food water bowls, empty litter trays if needed, water your plants if required, let your dog out into your garden for a toilet break, scoop the poop and have lots of playtime and affection with your pets before plumping up their cushions and settling them down with a cuddle and a healthy treat until your return or our next visit.
Free Initial Consultation
After you have contacted us, we will arrange a free visit to your home at a time that suits you, to meet with you and your dog/pets where we introduce ourselves to your pets. This is particularly important as this will help them familiarise them with us for future visits, discuss your requirements, and talk over options.
If you decide we can be of help then we can work out a schedule of services to meet your requirements. Whatever your needs, you can be sure your pets' safety and wellbeing are our highest priority.
We like you to tell us as much background information on your pet as possible - familiar nicknames, likes and dislikes, any health problems, favourite toys, specific command words they have learned etc, as this will help us give the best care possible.
Please have up to date vaccine cards available for us to see, for insurance purposes.
